Anjali is available for freelance work and has a passport with room for stamps.

She's documented Lettuce Entertain You, an award-winning restaurant group in Chicago, and has developed a vast portfolio documenting food, chefs, events, nightlife and the city she loves. She completed her degree in photojournalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. In 2009, she attended the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Århus, Denmark.

The Hearst Journalism Awards Program recognized her work, and in 2010 she attended the renowned Eddie Adams Workshop. Quite Strong lists her among its favorite "quite talented and creative ladies." Her greatest professional joy is a largely personal one: attending Phoot Camp in 2011 and 2012. There she met fellow creatives who have influenced her in countless ways.
